Hana Field values product packaging - for both its literal purpose and aesthetic appeal. Be rest assured that products are well packaged - Enclosed in a kraft box and a polymail bag to ensure sturdiness and waterproofing. We also designed our packaging in hopes of brightening your mail day!
Singapore Domestic Mailing Modes
1. Local Normal Mail - $1.50
- No tracking available
- Hana Field will not be liable for any lost mail sent via this mode of shipping
2. Ninja Van Courier - $3.50 (Free for purchases above SGD $60)
- Tracking available
- 3 delivery attempts to your door step
International Mailing Modes
International Mailing is available for all countries (except Åland Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Czechia, Eswatini, Heard & McDonald Islands, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Palestinian Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara).

Mailing Policy
- Hana Field strives to process all orders within three working days. Working days encompass Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.
- For inaccurate/insufficient address, please email hanafield.co@gmail.com immediately. Hana Field is not liable for any lost mail due to inaccurate or insufficient address. Furthermore, additional shipping charges will apply for any bounced parcels due to inaccurate or insufficient address.
- Upon shipping out of orders, orders can no longer be amended.
