Refund policy
For hygiene reasons, handmade accessories sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected and in good condition before selling them.
However, should the items be damaged upon receipt, kindly Instagram message or email us at hanafield.co@gmail.com, within 3 days of receiving your parcel with a photograph of the damage. Earrings sold are non-refundable and you would be posted a new piece. In the case where the product is sold out, alternative arrangements e.g. choice of other design, would be proposed.
